Resident accommodation co-payment fees, including the minimum as well as the maximum daily charges, are regulated by the Ministry of Health and Long Term Care.

Residents requesting for basic type accommodations are eligible to apply for reduction in daily rates. The monthly applicable accommodation charges are based on residents’ annual income only (resident/family assets are not included). The resident’s tax assessment from the previous year must be presented upon admission.
